How to Use

Open the File

Open the .xlsm file and click "Enable Content" to allow macros.

Or import the .bas file into your own workbook via Alt+F11.

Initial Setup (First Time Only)

Press Alt+F8 and run SetupAll.

This creates the Settings sheet, Carrier Codes list, Tracking sheet, and action buttons automatically.

Enter API Keys

Enter your API Key and Secret Key in the Settings sheet.

Demo keys are pre-filled for testing. Get your free API keys.

Track Parcels

Enter carrier codes and tracking numbers in the Tracking sheet
Click "Register Tracking" to submit items
Wait 5-10 seconds
Click "Fetch Results" to see delivery status

Batch Processing

Track up to 100 items per batch. Larger sets are automatically split and processed.

Delivery status is color-coded: green for delivered, blue for in transit, orange for pending, red for failed.

Type "ups" instead of "us.ups", or "FedEx" instead of "us.fedex". Carrier codes are auto-normalized.

"Untracked Only" mode skips rows that already have results, saving time and API usage.

Open your Google Sheet
Go to Extensions > Apps Script
Download Code.gs and paste the contents
Save and reload the spreadsheet
A "WhereParcel" menu will appear — click Setup All
