WhereParcel supports major carriers in 15+ countries. While we cover the most popular carriers in each region, some smaller local carriers may not yet be supported. You can request new carriers through our community board, and we typically add them within 6 hours.

Tracking data is fetched in real-time from each carrier when you make an API request. Results are cached briefly to improve performance. For automated updates, you can use webhooks to receive instant notifications whenever the tracking status changes.
