I used to move back and forth between AfterShip and 17TRACK, but since using your Whereparcel service, I’ve been saving hundreds of dollars every month. I truly appreciate it.

Before, I had no choice but to rely on those services, but Whereparcel has been a huge help to me. The real-time customer support is also excellent.

You mentioned that your service may still be lacking compared to other services, but I don’t feel that way at all. In fact, I believe your service is excellent. Considering that your pricing is less than one-tenth of theirs, I am more than willing to accept a bit of inconvenience. Most importantly, I can clearly see that your service is improving day by day.

The slower tracking speed does not affect me at all. Real-time updates are not very important to me, and waiting a few or even several seconds is completely fine.

As long as the pricing remains reasonable, I plan to continue using your service for at least the next 10 years. Of course, I understand that such low pricing may not be sustainable forever, but for small business owners like me, your service is truly essential, and I sincerely hope it continues for a long time.

I have also written a review post on my blog and sent it to you via email. I put a lot of effort into writing it.

I truly appreciate how much I’ve benefited from your service. If possible, I would be even more grateful if you could offer me a free usage period.
